4. Optional Services
Fast-Track Processing
Where available, authors may request optional Fast-Track Processing:
Fast-Track Processing does not guarantee acceptance, publication, or a favourable editorial decision, and it does not bypass peer review. Any expedited handling remains subject to reviewer availability, editorial capacity, and the journal's applicable procedures.
Plagiarism & AI Detection Report
An optional official report may be requested:
These reports are separate from the journal's internal editorial and originality checks. Similarity and AI-detection results are considered informational and are not, by themselves, conclusive evidence of plagiarism, AI misuse, or research misconduct.
5. Refund Policy
| Withdrawal Stage | Refund |
|---|---|
| After acceptance and payment, before publication | 70% |
| Within 30 days after publication | 50% |
| More than 30 days after publication | No refund |
Charges for optional services already provided may be non-refundable.
Refunds may not be available where withdrawal is associated with plagiarism, research or publication misconduct, fraudulent information, duplicate submission, or other serious violations of journal policy, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the case.
Any refund will be processed according to the journal's applicable procedures and the original payment method, where feasible.
6. Manuscript Withdrawal
Authors who wish to withdraw a manuscript should submit a written request to the official IJAWR Editorial Office using the email address associated with the submission.
The request should include:
For manuscripts with multiple authors, the corresponding author should confirm that the other authors have been informed and agree with the withdrawal request.
A withdrawal is considered effective only after formal confirmation from IJAWR.
If the article has already been published, withdrawal or removal will be handled in accordance with the journal's publication ethics, corrections, and retraction policies, as applicable. A published article will not automatically be removed solely because a refund has been requested.
7. Editorial Independence & Transparency
IJAWR maintains a clear separation between editorial decisions and publication charges.
Payment of an APC does not guarantee:
Applicable publication charges will be communicated to authors before payment. IJAWR aims to disclose all applicable charges and does not intentionally impose undisclosed publication charges after payment.
Publication charges are administered separately from the editorial evaluation of scientific quality, originality, ethical compliance, and suitability for the journal.
